The Gem

Or “If the messenger had a gun he’d shoot himself.”

It’s only been a few days at my new job and I have already found a hidden gem to pass away working hours.

On the work’s intranet they have a link to a page that has customer comments. So everyone in the company can see what people think.

It’s very addictive reading. I’m hooked. And it goes back to 2005. Yessssssssss

  1. Oh I’m not sure I would like that. If someone said something horrible about me I would have to hunt them down! Not for anything bad but for them to explain themselves. 🙂

  2. They have something similar at the BBC. Now that IS interesting reading…

  3. Rebecca Im lucky as they arent complaining about me. So no worrying there.

    Julie, they have? Where?

  5. I think I read about that. There is a book in the BBC where all the complaints are logged.

Apparently there is one complaint asking, “Is Blue Peter trying to turn our children into communists?” All because one of the presenters was wear a t shirt with Che Guevara on it.

    Fanatastic!

  6. It’s only on their intranet.

  7. It is? Damn it!
    Thats a little unfair.
Perhaps you could email them to me 😉

  8. i thought you were going to write a post about the funny little lettuces that you got the other day when i saw the title!

  9. I only freelance for them now, so I can’t access it anymore either. It was really funny though – mainly because of the weird view some people have of what the BBC is or should be.

  10. I freaky love “Pulp Fiction”, their sound track is good too…Love that movie!

It still doesn’t make me wanna eat fastfood though.
